Pam's Story

I have been a part of Ladies Fitness for over 9 years: 4 years as a member and 5 years as an instructor. I have been married to my soul mate, Larry, and we have 2 children and 3 grandsons. I have been into fitness and training for over 15 years and love how it makes me feel mentally and physically. I love getting up in the morning and starting my day with the great ladies here at Ladies Fitness.

Alexis' Story

I have been an instructor at Ladies Fitness and Health since 2002. I joined after my 4th child was born, to lose the unwanted pounds you gain while pregnant. I successfully lost those pounds thanks to the motivational atmosphere I found at Ladies Fitness. I have been Group Fitness Director for 3 years now and absolutely love it!! I have been married to my best friend Kyle for 22 years and we have 4 beautiful girls that God has blessed us with: (from oldest to youngest) McKenzie, Macie, Merritt, and Micah.

Stephanie's Story

I came to Ladies Fitness in 2007 after struggling with my weight and self image since the birth of my 3 children. Since then I have lost almost 40 lbs and still working at it! Belonging to Ladies Fitness has not only helped my physical health, but mental as well. Exercise is great therapy! I know by working here I can show others how to not only shape their bodies, but their attitudes about themselves and life!

Stephanie's Story

I joined Ladies Fitness in April 2009 dedicated to make a change in my life. I didn't like the way I looked or felt. I told myself that I wasn't going to give up on my life. I finally got the courage to join Ladies Fitness and did the Fit Camps, since then I have lost 20 lbs and I know how to control my eating habits. I thank Ladies Fitness with all my heart and I'm so glad to be a part of this TEAM!!

I joined Ladies Fitness as a member in January 2001. The Group Fitness classes kept me motivated. Group Fitness, along with Personal Training helped me to lose 40 pounds!! I enjoyed Personal Training so much that I decided to become certified in January 2009. I enjoy what I do and love helping people become healthy and reach their goals.
